Coast Guard 76 Year Old Mint Vintage US Postage Stamp Block from 1945

Description

A beautiful collectible set of four U.S. postage stamps issued on November 10th, 1945 to honor U.S. Coast Guard achievements during WW II.
574 U.S. Coast Guard Officers and enlisted men lost their lives during the war.
The stamp depicts a Coast Guard landing craft and supply ship.
These stamps have never been used and are as fresh as the day they were sold at the Post Office over 70 years ago!  Suitable for framing, they would make a great gift for anyone interested in Coast Guard or World War II history!
