Condition: In good used condition. Top right hand front cover had a sticker removed and staple holes in same place. Paper punch in top of several pages. Take removed some of color on front page. Slight bending and wrinkling at edge of pages. No writing on any of the pages were noted. All parts of the pattern is easy to read with no damage to printed instructions.
