This sale is part of an effort to repurpose valuable training aids for the development of youth (or more advanced) athletes to perfect skills in their craft.  I retired from coaching a competitive fast-pitch softball team in 2017 and selling all the training gear and equipment).
Birmingham soft-hands infield trainer (training aid) - if used regularly in practices, leads to correct fielding mechanics and ultimately better game performance.
When used by baseball/softball players, it forces the player to handle ground balls in a fundamentally correct way. Equally valuable when used to teach young players the proper technique in fielding a batted ball or handling a thrown ball; corrects flaws and reinforces sound defensive techniques.
Designed for use by right or left handed players.  Perfect for adults or youth.
