This Sirius Xm Subx1 boombox w/ sp4 radio receiver has an active subscription with over 174 channels including both Stern channels 100, and 101. This has been in my ownership about a year with no real issues. I do not guarantee a "lifetime" sub, but again, it's been in my use for a little over a year with no issue..
A regular and random channel "refresh" will happen which is NORMAL with most older radio subs, and takes about 60 seconds to refresh with "percentage" count on the display screen.
Also with remote. Visually it looks great, and well taken care of, mostly because it's been sitting idle during most of my usage.
The only real minor issue with the boombox would be the antenna placement. It may take some time to get a decent spot placement for the antenna to get a good steady signal, but you'll find one eventually. Luckily, the antenna can be unspooled and placed near a window sill or similar, as I've used it for my workspace with great results.
This subscription cannot be transferred to another radio.
