    Description

    This is a beautiful original Vintage Taylor Smith & Taylor "Blue Castle" Oval Serving Platter.  The Blue Castle pattern was discontinued in the 1930s. It features a sprawling blue castle, background buildings and scenery done on white background.  Platter Rim is scalloped.  Platter measures 13.25" by 10.25" and weighs over two pounds.  The platter is in Very Good condition....no cracks or chips, but there is some crazing.  See photos.  Blue color is very vibrant & clear; Platter has a great shine!
