    This patch was introduced in 2007, replacing an earlier, unsealed patch of similar design.
    It is a new, large size 4.5" wide and 4.5" tall color patch.
    It is computer sewn, 60% embroidered on black cloth, with gray merrowing
    and a shiny heatseal (iron-on), sewn-thru fine cheesecloth, back.
