    DORADO was a Navy surface effect ship evaluated by the Coast Guard
    for law enforcement purposes in 1981-82.
    This patch was introduced in 1982.
    It is a new, large size 6.2" wide and 3.8" tall color patch.
    It is machine sewn, 60% embroidered on light blue surface embroidered cloth, with blue merrowing
    and an unsealed (sew-on only), sewn-thru cloth, back.
